Chris is a certified MINDFRESH and vinyasa yoga instructor, teaching private and group sessions since 2013. She is proud to be a Seattle native, what a magnificent place to call home! Chris is passionate about bringing peace and ease to your busy lifestyle through yoga and mindfulness. Her love for this comes through as she guides you into finding your body’s strength and your mind’s stillness. That is when the magic happens.

Chris is a mom, sister, dog mom, aunt, friend, and neighbor who believes in the importance of community. In her free time she likes to be somewhere out in nature — it may be in her garden, out on a hike, or sitting under the stars with wine and laughter.
