Bio

Jen is a New York native who, after years of practicing yoga, has increased her focus on the benefits of meditation and mindfulness over the last few years.

Outside of her yoga and meditation practice, she is a Senior Director of Planning at an ad agency in NYC. She understands first-hand the toll that the stress of a fast-paced work environment can take on the body and the mind. A daily mindfulness practice has had a powerfully positive impact on her professional and personal life, and she is so excited to share the benefits of a mindful practice with others like her.

An avid traveler, Jen has practiced yoga on six continents, and dreams of someday making the trek to Antarctica! She also enjoys scuba diving, baking the occasional wedding cake, and spending as much time as possible outside in the sun.
