Working myself in the Airline Sector I have been experiencing how important it is to have a stable resource in myself to which I always have access to my breath and body. Being an 800 hr Certified Jivamukti teacher and a former ballet dancer, I have come a long way studying different methods in depth how the body, mind, and breath connection lead to firm inner stability, which then gives strength and support in outer challenges. Meditation doesn’t always mean sitting still, eradicating all your thoughts! Meditation can happen while you’re doing something even working on a project in the job.
The trick is how you focus your precious attention: taking into consideration how the body feels, how the breath is, are simple tools to get a sharper, different experience about what actually happens in the NOW – and from there, future experiences and outcomes will be created.
