Bio

Mallory is an LA-based teacher of Jivamukti Yoga and MINDFRESH Meditation.

An avid runner and dancer, Mallory began doing yoga in her teens to treat her achy knees. She soon realized that the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga and meditation far surpassed the physical benefits. She was hooked on the “yoga high.” After studying meditation in India in 2006, Mallory received her 200-hr Vinyasa certification in 2008, and completed her 300-hr Jivamukti certification in 2013.

A writer, producer and branding specialist by trade, Mallory has long considered mindfulness her secret weapon to enhance focus, relieve stress and crystalize her creativity inside and outside the office. She believes compassion is good for business and wants to help organizations cultivate more of it daily.

Mallory is a native Angeleno who enjoys interior design, trips to the flower mart and hanging out with her rescue mutt, Harvey.
