Bio

Melissa is a corporate junkie by day and a yoga & MINDFRESH teacher by night.

As a management consultant for EY, she spends much of her life on the road, consulting for diverse clients across the country. For years, she balanced her corporate lifestyle with daily yoga and meditation. However, just practicing yoga and mindfulness was not enough, and she decided to try her hand at teaching. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Yogamaya in 2016 and MINDFRESH certification in 2018. In her classes, she shares her work-life balance experience and seeks to inspire those around her to integrate wellness and self-care in their daily lives, no matter how hectic those can be.

When she’s not working or doing yoga, she is exploring local food markets, listening to podcasts, and adventuring around the world.
