Bio

Vanessa gravitated toward yoga and meditation after feeling the effects 10 years of NYC’s work/life UNbalance can have on one’s mind and body. As a former Creative Producer and Marketing Manager who worked for global powerhouses like Coca-Cola, Unilever and P&G, she knew she needed to find a way to increase focus, decrease stress, and achieve an overall sense of balance between work and life.

The journey she started to help herself ended up a path to helping others.

She is currently living in Los Angeles, completing her Masters in Depth Psychology and working towards her licensure as a psychotherapist. She is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, an Urban Zen Integrated Therapist, and strives to bring all of her therapeutic training into her yoga teaching and her daily life.

She helps share the tools for stress reduction, clarity, and inner peace with anyone willing to stop and take a deep breath.
